We will be happy to exchange your purchases bought on this website, within 7 days of date of receipt, should you need a change in product catagory or in the rare case of a manufacturing defect. Exchange items are subject to availability.

Products for exchange must be in NEW and UNUSED condition with original packaging and proof of purchase (i.e. receipt) intact. Please email us with your request and we will be in contact with you. Mail charges (both ways) will be borne by you and we will not be responsible for items lost in mail.

Please be advised that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any further charges incurred are to be borne by the customer.
